As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing sales and profitability. Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of store staff
  • Ensure effective visual merchandising and product placement to maximize sales
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Create and maintain a positive and welcoming store environment for customers and staff
  • Monitor and analyze sales reports and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions and marketing activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Good understanding of retail operations and merchandising
  • Proficient in using POS systems and inventory management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of the retail industry and current market trends
