As a Knowledge Team contractorwithin BCGs Healthcare Practice Area you will be required tosupport the Healthcare KT team with various research analysisrelated activities such as:

Gathering filteringand organizing data across multiple sources

Supporting content tool development efforts (market/ innovationlandscapes database updates etc.)

Creatingmanaging topic materials and organizing content

YOURE GOOD AT

Strong analytical acumen comfortable working with andhandling large amounts of unstructured data. Knowledge of one ormore analytical tools like excel Alteryx python etc. is a bigplus

Providing customized data and researchleveraging multiple sources

Preparing accuratewelldeveloped documents and charts. Proficiency in PowerPoint a bigplus.

Selforganizing strong planning workmanagement proactive in sharing of task/work updates.

Strong attention to detail curiosity and ability toswiftly grasp new concepts/ ideas.

You Bring (experienceQualifications)

Recentlycompleted Masters/ Bachelors degree in science/ engineering/ dataanalytics/ business management from a reputed university withdemonstrated high academic achievement

Able todemonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills

Proficient in in handling large unstructureddatasets

Able to create and structurePowerPoint presentations a big plus

Accuracyattention to detail and adherence to committed timelines

Strong work ethic client servicementality and acollaborative / teamplayer mindset

Effectivewritten verbal communication.

Strongorganization and prioritization skills and ability to work underpressure in a fastpaced environment

Stronginterpersonal and communication skills.

Ourbusiness management and operations team members work to ensure thatBCG is running smoothly efficiently and productively. We are madeup of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants visualservice artists receptionists facilities staff and the team leadersand office coordinators who manage these operations and businessmanagement jobs.

The Knowledge Team (KT) is agroup of functional and/or industry experts leveraging deep domainknowledge to enable insight for case teams and clients. KT membersare affiliated to BCG Practice Areas plugged into the strategicagenda and building and deploying leading edge IP data tools/assetsto deliver insight.

BCGs Knowledge Team membersare staffed on cases and help cocreate insights with case teams andclients through expert perspectives on industry trends delivery ofproprietary data or tools in a particular function and complexresearch and analysis of market information. KT members alsosupport the PAs business development and proposals and help toorganize and codify the knowledge that enables BCG to deliversuperior business value for itsclients.
