We are currently seeking a Test Lead to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)

Overall responsibility for coordinating test management, Issue/Risk Management, and its mitigation Create test strategy and test plan
 Responsible for Project testing related key measure and status tracking & progress reporting for the trackPlan the project along-with PMO and monitor its overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriateCommunicate with all stakeholders on Testing deliverablesReporting through agreed reporting lines on project progress through Highlight Reports and stage assessmentsSupport in seamless Integration with other projects and End to End TestingObtain sign off from client on all Test deliverables Co-ordinate Integration and End to end testing cycles as requiredAnchor Defect Triage and Testing Status report meetingsLiaise with Functional & Business SME for Test Data sourcing and its managementGuide the respective implementation Testing track communication (Onsite & Offshore)

Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)

8 - 10 years of experience in cloud based packaged applications testing such as SFDC or CPQ1-2 year of experience in test management for ERP appsAt least 4 years as a Test Manager or Test Lead for new implementations and regression testing

Travel:. Preferred location is Hyderabad

Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Nice to Have; (But not a must)

Project lead experience
