HR professionals may act as a liaison between the two parties. OnboardingEnsuring new hires are acclimated to the company and have a proper workflow. Training and developmentOverseeing the development of human resources, including ensuring that employees have the skills to fulfill their responsibilities. Performance managementHelping employees settle in, monitoring their attendance, and performing evaluations. HR strategyDeveloping a plan to meet the organization's goals. Other responsibilitiesNegotiating salaries, drafting employee contracts, approving job descriptions, administering bonuses and incentives, advising managers on employment policies, and providing counseling support.
