RolesResponsibilities:

  • Provide insights through data analysis and visualization for smallto large datasets
  • Ability to translate abusiness question into analytical problem to develop business rulesprocess flow and methodology for analysis
  • Ability to summarize the analysis using basic statisticalmethods
  • Work with team to execute Adhoc/Regular projects using secondary data analysis
  • Active participation in client communication

Qualifications

  • Requirements:
  • 4 years ofprofessional experience is required
  • Functionsskills:
  • Must be well verse with Advanced excelWord and PowerPoint
  • TechnicallySound

Must Experiencein working on database query (SQL).

  • Good to have R SAS Python any visualizationtool(Tableau Qlik ) etc.
  • Should have extensiveexperience in working on patient level data analytics (RWD DataLake Optum/ DRG Claims IQVIA data)
  • Good tohave: Marketing analytics (Market assessment Forecastingcompetitive intelligence) Sales Analytics (sizing structuringsegmentation) etc. engagement analytics (call activityetc.)

  • Ability towork independently
  • Passion for solvingchallenging analytical problems
  • Ability toassess a problem quickly qualitatively andquantitatively
  • Ability to work productivelywith team members identify and resolve tough issues in acollaborative manner
  • Should have goodcommunication skills
  • Exhibit leadershipqualities and take the full ownership for hismodule/project
