Roles andresponsibilities:As an Oracle Fusion SupplyChain Management (SCM) Consultant your role encompassesimplementing customizing and optimizing Oracle Fusion SCMapplications to streamline and enhance supply chain operations.Collaborating closely with clients youll analyze their supply chainprocesses and translate insights into effective Oracle solutions.Responsibilities include configuring and customizing Oracle FusionSCM modules such as Inventory Management Procurement OrderManagement Manufacturing and Supply Chain Planning to align withclients business objectives. Youll conduct thorough requirementgathering sessions design tailored solutions and provide expertisein SCM best practices. Collaborating with crossfunctional teamsyoull integrate Oracle Fusion SCM with other enterprise systemsensuring seamless data flow. Additionally youll lead endusertraining sessions and offer ongoing supportpostimplementation.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business AdministrationInformation Systems or related field. 610years of experience working with Oracle Fusion SCM applicationsincluding Inventory Management Procurement (including submoduleslike Purchasing Self Service Procurement) Order Management andSupply Chain Planning including Demand Management Supply Planningmaintenance and Contracts. Strongunderstanding of supply chain principles and practices with handsonexperience in configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion SCMsubmodules to meet business requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the abilityto effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levelsof the organization. Proven ability to workcollaboratively in crossfunctional teams to deliver highqualitysolutions on time and within budget. Oraclecertifications (e.g. Oracle SCM Cloud Certified ImplementationSpecialist) are aplus.
