JobDescription As aCommunication Specialist an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)organization dedicated to mental wellbeing you will play a pivotalrole in shaping and executing our communication strategies. Yourresponsibilities will involve crafting compelling messages creatingengaging content fostering meaningful connections and demonstratingan eye for visual design. By leveraging your expertise you willcontribute to enhancing our brand presence and advancing mentalhealth awareness.
JobResponsibilities
  • Developand execute comprehensive communication strategiesaligned objectives.
  • Craft impactful content fordiverse platforms including websites social media newsletters andmarketing materials demonstrating an eye for visualdesign.
  • Collaborate closely withcrossfunctional teams to ensure consistent messagingbrand alignment and visualappeal.
  • Createnarratives that effectively communicate complexmental health topics to diverse audiences.
  • Stayupdated on industry trends and competitor activities to innovateour communication approaches.
  • Plan and executecampaigns events and initiatives to drive mental healthawareness.
  • Utilize data analysis to measurecommunication effectiveness and refinestrategies.
  • Cultivate and maintainrelationships with media outlets partners and stakeholders toamplify ourreach.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Communications Marketing Journalism English or a relatedfield.
  • Demonstrated success indeveloping and executing impactful communicationstrategies.
  • Exceptionalwriting editing and proofreading skills withmeticulous attention todetail.
  • Strong familiarity withdigital marketing platforms social media trends andemerging technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in afastpaced environment managing multiple projects and meetingdeadlines.
  • Deep commitment tomental health advocacy and destigmatizing mental healthissues.
  • Excellentinterpersonal skills and the ability to collaborateeffectively across diverse teams.
