Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of comprehensive industry experience, including specialized domain expertise, with a background encompassing roles such as SAP SD Lead, Architect, or Techno-functional Consultant.
  • Additionally, at least 6-8 years of dedicated experience within the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module, with a focus on seamless integration with FI, CO, MM, WM, and PP modules as a functional consultant. Proficiency should extend to mastery of order-to-cash (OTC) processes.
  • Hands-on involvement in multiple SAP projects, with at least one full lifecycle implementation leveraging ASAP and Agile methodologies, spanning from Business Blueprinting through to Go-live and Support phases.
  • This includes involvement in pre-sales activities such as inquiry and quotation, and core business processes like Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Transportation, Availability check (ATP), Credit Management, Partner Determination, Output Determination, Bill of Materials, and Variant Configuration.
  • Extensive experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including Cross-Company and Intra-Company Stock Transport orders, utilizing techniques such as Stock Transport Orders (STO) for plant-to-plant and cross-company stock transfers.
  • Expertise in Shipping Point and Route Determination, Transport and Delivery Scheduling, Backward Delivery Scheduling, Partial and Complete Delivery, Subsequent Outbound Delivery Split, and Grouping of Deliveries.
  • Specialized skills in customizing Free-of-Charge items allocation, Free-of-Charge delivery, Invoice Correction Requests, Return Orders, Credit Memos, and Debit Memos. Proficiency in customer and material master data customization and data sharing among sales organizations.
  • Hands-on experience in Variant Configuration, including Super Bills of Materials (BOMs), Super Routings, Configuration Profiles, Object Dependencies, Constraints, and Pricing.
  • Configuration of Condition Types, Tables, and Access Sequences, as well as Billing Document customization and integration with Accounting and Controlling.
  • Expertise in Credit and Risk Management, Rebate Processing, Revenue Recognition, LIS, Batch Management, Credit Control Area, Credit Data, and Credit Groups.
  • Experience in system upgrades, data conversion, and migration projects, with advanced knowledge of third-party and intercompany sales processes, including pricing and billing procedures.
  • Proficient in unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing.
  • Technical proficiency in debugging, user-exits, and understanding of ABAP codes.
  • Experience with data cleansing and conversion tools such as LSMW, BDC, CATT, and eCATT, as well as interfaces including EDI/IDOC, RFC, and BAPIs.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Simple Logistics, SAP Hybris (Billing & Sales), and SAP Fiori Apps, including configuration of roles. Experience with SAP S/4HANA SD configuration, migration, Fiori applications, and exposure to the latest HANA releases.
  • Participation in multiple global implementations across various countries, showcasing the ability to thrive in dynamic environments and collaborate effectively with client partners, C-suite leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive "CAN-DO" attitude, demonstrating adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Average communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA, along with strong skills in SAP SD, ABAP debugging, S/4HANA Fiori Apps, customizing programs, and integration with other SAP modules.
  • Additionally, proficiency in MS Visio, MS Access, MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project is required.
  • Basic qualifications include a Graduation degree, with an MBA being desired.
