We are a Norwalk, CT-based, stealth mode, tech startup launched by industry veterans to apply Enterprise AI to the U.S. Healthcare Provider Market.

We specialize in speed-to-value delivery through our Healthcare FinOps solutions powered by our FAST AI Solution Templates platform.

We are continuing to develop a broad range of AI templates enabling us to become the one-stop AI shop for all non-clinical applications of data for providers. Our growing family of templates covers revenue, provider, risk contract, cost optimization, compliance, price transparency, and more.

Role Overview

As a Digital Sales and Marketing Specialist focused on the USA Healthcare sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and market presence. Leveraging your expertise in digital sales strategies and healthcare marketing, you will be instrumental in expanding the customer base, nurturing client relationships, and promoting the adoption of their pioneering Healthcare FinOps solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of the U.S. Healthcare Provider Market, combined with a knack for effectively communicating the value of our AI-driven offerings. This role needs to colabrate with US Sales leaders.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic digital sales and marketing plans tailored to the USA Healthcare Provider Market.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product positioning and messaging based on market insights and customer feedback.

Identify and target key decision-makers within healthcare organizations, building strong relationships to facilitate sales conversions.

Utilize digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, webinars, and SEO, to generate leads and engage potential clients.

Craft compelling sales presentations and marketing collateral that resonate with healthcare executives, highlighting the benefits of Healthcare FinOps solutions.

Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.

Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, optimizing strategies for continuous improvement.

Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to enhance Bloom Value's visibility and network with potential clients.

Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and contribute to the enhancement of FAST AI Solution Templates.

You will manage diverse digital marketing activities, from conceptualization to execution, including SEO, paid marketing, design, and lead generation.

Maintain a strong understanding of our portfolio and technology to effectively address customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience (10+ years) in digital sales and marketing roles, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.

In-depth knowledge of the USA Healthcare Provider Market, its challenges, and opportunities.

Demonstrated ability to create and implement successful digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

Strong relationship-building skills, with a track record of cultivating and maintaining client partnerships.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights for campaign optimization.

Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and digital analytics platforms.

Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.

Project experience in launching websites, covering various stages such as wireframes, design, staging, and deployment to live environment.

Demonstrated attention to detail and leadership skills alongside prioritization and product knowledge.

Comfortable onboarding and assisting with decision making using confidence and a positive attitude.

Is a natural problem solver with sound business acumen and time management skills.

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision as necessary, and alternately work cohesively within a team environment. Possess a positive, enthusiastic, and energetic attitude.

Willing to work during US work hours.
