HR Generalist Manufacturing

We are currentlyseeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The HRGeneralist will play a key role in supporting various HR functionsand initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate willhave 34 years of experience in human resources preferably in themanufacturing industry and will be responsiblefor providing comprehensive HR support to employees andmanagement.

Responsibilities:

1. Assistwith recruitment efforts including job postings resume screeningscheduling interviews and conducting referencechecks.
   
2. Coordinate new hireonboarding processes including conducting orientation sessions andfacilitating employee trainingprograms.
   
3. Manage employee relationsissues including conflict resolution disciplinary actions andperformance management.
   
4. Administeremployee benefits programs and serve as a point of contact foremployee inquiries related tobenefits.
   
5. Maintain accurate employeerecords including personnel files HRIS data entry and payrollinformation.
   
6. Assist with thedevelopment and implementation of HR policies and procedures toensure compliance with applicable laws andregulations.
   
7. Coordinate employeeengagement initiatives and events to promote a positive workculture and foster employeemorale.
   
8. Assist with HR reporting andanalysis including preparing HR metrics and reports for managementreview.
   
9. Provide guidance and supportto employees on HRrelated matters including policies procedures andbenefits.
   
10. Stay updated on HR bestpractices and industry trends to ensure the organization remainscompetitive in attracting and retaining toptalent.
