- Candidateshould read and understand SLD and electricaldiagrams.
- Followingand executing works as per related SOPs & OCP of theconcerned department.
- Attending the Preventive Maintenance & Breakdown maintenance of Machineries like Chilling plant RO Plant GLRSSR Filter Press Centrifuge RCVD Blender Sifter Water Pumps andCooling towers electric systems Supervising of Plantoperations.
- Reportingthe daytoday activities to ManagerMaintenance.
- Coordinating with the AMC ofMachineries.
- Checkand verify the maintenance logbooks of each and everyequipment.
- Enteringof all works regarding preventive maintenance in records as perSOP/OCP.
- Candidateshould have knowledge in MTBF &MTTR
- Candidate shouldhave knowledge in HVAC system.
- Candidate should have operation and maintenance ofutility Equipment s.
- Candidate should have knowledge in engineering Qualitymanagement system.
- Candidate should have knowledge in EquipmentQualifications
- Candidate should have safety knowledge and adequate PPEs to be use in APIindustry.
