Job Description:


· Design, construct, and validate AI models and algorithms; enhance their performance for practical applications.

· Keep abreast of new discoveries in the field of artificial intelligence and look for chances to apply cutting-edge research to practical issues.

· Look into novel algorithms to address core AI issues.

· Supervise a group of engineers and data scientists who work on AI projects.

· Offer guidance and advice on AI to internal and external clients while maintaining relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.

· Work with cross-functional teams to establish strategies in terms of organisational, technical, human resources, and other factors.

· Mentor and guide aspiring data scientists and AI engineers.


Must Have:


- A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or computer science

- 10+ years of experience, at least five of which were spent implementing and overseeing AI projects

- Python-based machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques.

- Proven experience with deep learning tools such as Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), Residual Neural Networks (ResNet), Long Short- Term Memory (LSTM), Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT), Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN), Generative Pre-Training Models (GPT), and transformers.

- Practical knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as Theano, Pytorch, Caffe, MxNet, or Tensorflow

- Knowledge of large-scale model training and evaluation on high-performance computer clusters.

- Comprehensive knowledge in computer vision, natural language processing, and deep learning.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Experience in Big data


Desirable to have:


- A Ph.D. in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related subject.

- Proven track record of creating AI models and publishing research in prestigious journals and conferences.

- Experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in a cloud environment, such as Google Cloud (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure.

- Expertise in cutting-edge generative AI models like GPT-3, DALL-E, and CLIP.

- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presenting abilities as well as a spirit of cooperation in a team
