ManagerQuality TheAssistant Quality Manager will support to the team andmanufacturing process by facilitating and maintaining the qualityprograms under the direction of the Quality Assurance Manager incoordination with Quality Contral Production PPC WarehouseMaintenance Procurement departments. Technical / FunctionalResponsibilities
QualityControl:
Ensure tests and measurements areperformed as per Quality Plan/Control Plan
Identify andrecord any problems related to the product process or qualitysystem.
Initiate propose or provide solutions throughdesignated channels.
Verify or participate in theverification of implemented solutions.
Control furtherprocessing or delivery of nonconforming products until thenonconformity has been corrected.
Maintaining andcontrolling calibration records for all test and inspectionequipment
Prepare and Implement Quality InspectionInstructions specific to each work area and product type in themanufacturing process.
Train Quality Engineers to followQuality Inspection Instructions.
Ensure the Availabilityof Quality Inspectors allround the Production shifts. QualityAssurance:
Perform Process Audit and Product Audit toensure adherence to set standards.
To implementStatistical Tools to measure and Monitor the Process and takedecision to adjust the Process Accordingly
To implementQuality management System in every process in assigned scope ofwork.
To Perform Measurement System Analysis to ensuremeasurement is capable to Identify NonConformity.
Creating and maintaining Quality documentation such as StandardOperating Procedures Work Instructions Check sheet PPAPetc.
Perform QMS (Quality Management System) audits toensure that all procedures and instructions related to the QMS areadhered too. Quality Planning:
ToCapture & Represent the needs of the customer in internalfunctions related to the Quality Planning
Prepare andImplement adequate Quality planning for New Product Development andAny Engineering Change
Provide technical support forissues related to new products new customers and/or qualificationof new equipment and personnel.
Provide support toPurchasing/Vendor Development for evaluation and qualification ofnew suppliers.
Support Production in process developmentequipment selection and process flow activities in themanufacturing operation.
Perform Verification andValidation for New Products and Processes. QualityImprovement:
Visit customers and suppliers asrequired to investigate nonconformance issues.
Performinvestigation of nonconformance reports and take Corrective actionsthrough systematic Approach.
Initiate action to preventthe occurrence of nonconformities related to product processes andquality system. This includes halting the production of any productto correct quality problems.
Drive ContinuousImprovement of the Processes by Process Optimization andStandardization
Track and prepare reports for internaland external quality performance metrics. Behavioral/Other Requirements:
Reviewing the performance of subordinates & resolving thequeries if any.
Inspiring the creativity throughout alldepartment work
Ensuring that the health &safety guidelines are followed properly.
Supervising& motivating the team members
Properhousekeeping of general premises by the team
Implementation of Kaizen/ERP/ SAP other quality improvement toolsin the department
Training team on Tools and Techniquesof Quality system. Desired Candidate Profile:
