  • If any loss incurred due to misconduct and negligence of security guard, Agency will be liable for the same & will
  • compensate the loss also Department is authorized to
  • take legal action against the agency.
  • Police Verification report of Security guard must be taken.
  • Security Guard must be given proper training of related work by agencies & a Certificate of training.
  • Must be issued with Character certificate.
