PositionOverview:

We are seeking anexperienced and strategic Senior Supply Chain Executive to join ourteam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing andoptimizing our supply chain operations including technical productsourcing logistics management inventory management andmanufacturing processes. This role requires a proactive leader whocan collaborate effectively with production rapid prototypingmechanical and product teams to ensure the seamless flow ofmaterials andproducts.


KeyResponsibilities:


TechnicalProduct Sourcing:

  • Identifyand establish relationships with domestic and internationalvendors.
  • Evaluate and selectsuppliers based on quality cost andreliability.
  • Negotiate contracts andagreements to secure favorable terms andconditions.

LogisticsManagement:

  • Develop andimplement logistics strategies to ensure timely delivery ofmaterials and products.
  • Coordinateand manage transportation warehousing and distributionactivities.
  • Monitor and optimizelogistics costs while maintaining high servicelevels.

InventoryManagement:

  • Overseeinventory planning and control to meet production and customerdemands.
  • Implement inventorymanagement systems and practices to minimize stockouts and excessinventory.
  • Conduct regular auditsand analyze inventory data to improve accuracy andefficiency.

ManufacturingLead TimeReduction:

  • Collaborate withmanufacturing teams to identify and implement processimprovements.
  • Develop strategies toreduce lead times and enhance productionefficiency.
  • Monitor productionschedules and ensure timely delivery ofproducts.

CrossFunctionalCollaboration:

  • Work closelywith production rapid prototyping mechanical and product teams toalign supply chain activities with companygoals.
  • Facilitate effectivecommunication and collaboration acrossdepartments.
  • Participate in productdevelopment and innovation initiatives to support new productlaunches.

SupplierRelationshipManagement:

  • Maintain strongrelationships with key suppliers andvendors.
  • Monitor supplierperformance and address any issues orconcerns.
  • Conduct regular reviewsand assessments to ensure supplier compliance with qualitystandards.

Data Analysisand Reporting:

  • Analyzesupply chain data and metrics to identify trends and areas forimprovement.
  • Prepare and presentreports on supply chain performance to seniormanagement.
  • Utilize datadriveninsights to make informed decisions and drive continuousimprovement.


Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in Supply Chain Management Business AdministrationEngineering or a related field; Masters degree/MBApreferred.
  • Minimum of 68 years ofexperience in supply chain management preferably in a technical ormanufacturing environment.
  • Proventrack record in technical product sourcing logistics and inventorymanagement.
  • Strong negotiationanalytical and problemsolvingskills.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities.
  • Ability tothrive in a fastpaced startup environment and manage multiplepriorities.
  • Proficiency in supplychain management software andtools.
  • Experience working withinternational vendors and understanding of global supply chaindynamics.

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, ora related field. 5+ years of demonstrated experience in EmbeddedLinux development, with a strong background in AOSP, Linux, andFreeRTOS. Proficient in programming languages, particularly C andPython. In-depth knowledge of Linux kernel architecture, devicedrivers, and user space programming. Experience with embeddeddevelopment tools and frameworks (e.g., Yocto Project, Buildroot).Proven track record in the consumer electronics sector, withknowledge of compliance standards and successful product launches.A problem-solver with excellent collaboration skills, capable ofleading projects from concept to market launch. Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
