Job Details

As a CRM Business Analyst, you'll be a pivotal resource within our Salesforce CRM environment, responsible for developing new features and enhancing existing functionalities with internal stakeholders. This role demands a proactive approach to improving workflows and automating business processes to enhance client services.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for initiating feature development and modifications. Meticulously document user stories, technical requirements, and testing criteria. Collaborate closely with Developers and Administrators to design, test, and deploy CRM solutions that meet business needs. Drive communication regarding project statuses, timelines, and feature developments across team members and stakeholders. Analyze business processes for automation potential and optimize them within the Salesforce platform. Lead user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality implementations. Manage multiple projects concurrently, pushing forward the product roadmap and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Maintain rigorous documentation through tools like Jira and Confluence, focusing on automating documentation processes where feasible. Conduct internal and external training sessions on new features, releases, and CRM processes. Uphold stringent security practices throughout the development and deployment processes.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in software business analysis or a related field, with a strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude. Proficient in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with excellent communication skills in English. Experience in Salesforce administration, development, and security management is highly desirable. Educational background in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields is beneficial.

Preferred

Hands-on Salesforce development and administrative experience. Leadership experience and business process optimization skills. Familiarity with Confluence and Jira.
