AssociateAccounts Department:Finance


Thisrole involves handling day to day accounting helps in driving themonthly financial closing. The ideal candidate should have strongattention to details ability to meet deadlines consistently.


Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limitedto:

  • Takingcare of entire day to day accounting &bookkeeping
  • Responsiblefor data entry processing & payments of vendor bills /invoices as per request & properapprovals
  • Calculatingreviewing and analyses of financial information relating toaccounts payable
  • Knowledgeof invoicing & workflow for processing and reconciliationof invoices
  • Handling& maintaining petty cash & doing regular analysisfor monthly activity for petty cash & expenseactivity
  • Reconciliation:Ledger accounts TDS payments Bank statement Card statements etc
  • Completionof the work on given deadlines with zero errors inprocessing
  • Assistin timely preparation of annual statutory financialstatements
  • Assistin maintaining internal financialcontrols
  • Employeereimbursement claims
  • Assistin preparing & timely filings of TDS GST & it sReturns
  • Monthlyreports
  • Otherduties and responsibilities asassigned



Requirements

DesiredCandidate Profile:

  • Bachelors/Masters Degree in Accounting or Finance; with handson professionalexperience in daytodayaccounting.
  • Soundknowledge of Online banking (NEFT RTGSetc)
  • Strongunderstanding of basic bookkeeping & accounting principles
  • Shouldhave hands on experience in TDS & GST
  • GoodEnglish written and verbal communication skillsrequired
  • Teamplayer have ability to work independently and should be aselfstarter
  • Goodtime management skills ability to prioritise andmultitask
  • Extensiveknowledge and use of Excel
  • Musthave the highest level ofintegrity
  • Abilityto maintain a high level of accuracy in performing all essentialduties
  • Exposureto ZohobooksRazorpay&RazorpayX will bean added advantage
