Job responsibilities

Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy Continuously enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions to address evolving business needs 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

At least 3 years of experience in Testing within the Financial Service industry. Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-making. Extensive working knowledge of Payments Message Processing/Validation with formats like ISO20022 pacs.008, pacs.009, pacs.004, pain.001, camt.056, MT, FEDWIRE, CHIPS, etc. Strong knowledge of TDD, BDD, CI/CD Automation Framework Advanced data visualization capabilities, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing BI dashboards. Working knowledge of Selenium, Python, Java, BDD Cucumber and Data Engineering Methodologies Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences. Good understanding of payments data and related mapping areas to implement data driven automation approach. Should have worked extensively on development and execution of automation test scripts using any of the above tools, should have techno functional skillset. Advanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives. Basic knowledge of Agile Practices like SCRUM, KANBAN, etc. and JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence. 3-5 years’ experience of Testing within Financial Service industry.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Alteryx is a plus.
