RequirementsPositionOverview:
We are actively lookingfor a proficient and seasoned Tech Lead for Digital MarketingOmnichannel D2C and B2B area to become an integral part of ourdynamic team. In this pivotal role of IT Project/Program ManagerDigital you will be at the forefront of shaping and maintaining theTech stack for Marketing D2C and Digital Assets including variousBrand websites content & community blog / content creationsites with a primary focus on enhancing its efficiency scalabilityand overall triumph. Your wealth of expertise will be indispensableas you lead and mentor our team all while spearheadinginnovation.

KeyResponsibilities:
1. Priortechnical experience of working on ADtech Martech tools for drivingmarketing / brand initiatives and to enable the marketing teams inmedia activations in digitalchannels
2. Detailed knowledge ofCDP CMS GCP GMP Architecture
3.Detailed knowledge of D2C commerce tech stack related productsolution providers integration technologies with payment gatewayshipping logistics provider etc
4.Ensure all Websites are updated optimized for performance andnecessary analysis can be derived with a technical knowledge onintegrations CMS A/B testing setupetc
5. Enable businessstakeholders with required analytics and insights capabilities likea PCA etc to measure and report performance of all Digital KPIsreports and dashboards. This Includes oversight for activities suchas data Ingestion data processing data visualization longer termdata analytics
6. Ability to leada technical team of SMEs in Consumer technology website technologydata platform measurement & analyticsarea
7. Should be able to engagewith Business and digital team for opportunity identificationscoping prioritization development timelines communication CRsdelivery and BAU activities.
8.Develop a methodology and bring in latest tech solutions by way ofbenchmarking and learnings from best practices across industries inthe digital space.
9. Developdetailed user requirements/user stories for digital medium journeyand ensure that these are clearly understood by all keystakeholders
10. Should be able tocreate the Solution design best fit Architecture functional andtechnical specification as per the Business requirements and globalguidelines.
11. Engage and reviewthe deliveries with the Vendor for quality Cost timelines adherenceand take corrective measures for ensuring thesame.
12. Ensure the Solutiondesign and deliveries are compliant to the business template andSecurity guidelines.
13. Followthe project management guidelines for new and Change requestprocesses around brand websites app development enhancementstechnical upgrades SEO and CMSactivities.
14. Ensure holisticand timely delivery QA best utilization of the capabilitiesresources and data around the requirements of the marketprojects.

Qualifications:
1.Overall 10 years of experience in Consumer technology areaMarketing Solution and Datamanagement
2. 5 years experiencein Martech Adtech Website technologies B2B & D2Ctechnologies
3. Demonstratedfamiliarity with the Adobe Suite and Web SDKs (e.g. AEM AdobeMagento Adobe Analytics etc)
4.Good knowledge of value chain marketing and sales functions in FMCGindustry
5. bachelor s degree inbusiness information systems or a similar relevant field.Experience leading development or implementations for enterpriseapplications.
6. MBA withspecialisation in IT SystemsOperations
