Job Description

To create Automation in CAE as per FAS methodology Guidelines by mentoring CAE Methodology Engineer. Validate flow chart for creating logics to build TCL\TK or Any other Programing Language code. Master the TCL/TK language or Any other Programing Language to show extensive capability for writing code in same. To have Automation Mindset in his work with identifying area of possible automation in our current procecess. To receive automation request from CAE Managers or CAE Methodology Managers for pain area in there daily work & hence do meeting , to Understand same and ask for any doubt before executing it. Discuss and finalize the time estimation and delivery date with CAE Methodology Manager and customers. Train junior colleague for CAE Automation using TCL/TK or Any other Programing Language code. Train FAS CAE community on how to use CAE automation in there daily works Check & validate CAE automation code before putting them in production. Keep & maintain FAS Tool Box utility as per new requirements from CAE team & software versions. To communicate results with CAE Methodology Manager or CAE Manager or customer for automation request & take feedback. Anticipate the potential areas of issues and intimate it to CAE Methodology Manager or CAE Manager or customer. To make sure that the CAE processes, methods, tools and standards are followed as set by FAS. To maintain lessons learnt sheet and ensure implementation of the same to avoid repetition of mistakes. To uphold & abide by code of ethics & Management

Skills and competencies

Knowledge of CAE standards, tools and methods. Knowledge of TCL/ TK language code or PYTHON or Any other Programing Language is must. Result oriented team player with strong communication skills in English or customer language (French or German). Thorough training/knowledge in CAE software is added advantage. Ability to work in matrixed organization Problem solving techniques. Strategic and analytic capabilities.
