Purpose :

As part of the S&M team of OCI, to assist and coordinate in after-sale services for the Oman based customers of OCI including order processing, payment requests, etc. and provide support to the marketing staff for receiving the sales orders.

Summary of the Job Role :

To assist and coordinate in discharging after-sales services to the Oman based clients. To support the marketing staff to achieve the sales orders.

Key Deliverables :

Responsible for providing customer services support for the Oman based clients after confirming the order from the marketing staff. Ensure timely generation of sales order and its processing Responsible for timely generation and correct processing of sales invoicing Receive and ensure timely processing and resolution of customer complaints Communicate to marketing staff and customers on orders, deliveries, stock and any information required to complete or requested upon Control and prepare documentation of Export, translations and Arabic formats Ensure constant coordination with the stores to locate and keep track of the finished goods in hand. Coordinate with the quality control department to issue the test certificates of the products for the clients in a time bound manner Coordinate with the stores for enquiry, location and update of finished goods inventory for processing sales orders. Responsible to coordinate with the drivers at the land borders and for generating proper documentation for export of the materials. Ensure government seal/stamp on the relevant documents for export though land borders. Ensure timely follow-up with the clients for payments and update the same on a regular basis.

Qualifications :

High School Equivalent with customer services support experience. Degree / Diploma preferably in Business Administration is preferred.

Skills/Knowledge :

Able to multitask multiple projects Good PC operating skills and simple mathematical calculations. Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic & English Good organization skills Good in dealing with multiple nationalities. Excellent knowledge of MS-Office Good analytical skills. Good interpersonal skills.

Experience :

3+ years of experience in similar field.

Business Understanding :

Good understanding of the customer services support activities.
