Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Placement Manager to join our team at Nirmaan Organization. This junior-level role is based in Secunderabad, Hyderabad, and is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and will be instrumental in connecting our beneficiaries with suitable employment opportunities. The Placement Manager will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with clients and ensuring successful placements.

  • Build and maintain robust relationships with employers and industry partners to facilitate successful placements.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a thorough assessment of candidates' qualifications and suitability.
  • Monitor and document progress and outcomes of placements to provide feedback and make improvements when necessary.
  • Collaborate with program managers to identify skill gaps and implement relevant upskilling initiatives for beneficiaries.
  • Lead networking events and workshops to enhance visibility and build a strong network of contacts in the industry.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for all placement-related inquiries and concerns from both beneficiaries and partners.
  • Prepare regular reports on placement activities, achievements, and areas for development.
