Qualification and Experience:
Minimum Qualification - Graduate from NIFT or other related institute Preferred Industry - Retail, Textile & Apparel Preferred Experience - 5 to 9 Years of relevant experience in buying & merchandising Required category experience - menswear Experience in buying with international brandsJob Context & Major Challenges:
Develop and drive merchandise strategy using optimum range planning Actively engage with brand partners for improved commercial terms/product feedback/stock fulfilment Improve efficiency with better active merchandise management lead activities Build brand’s image in the market while collaborating with marketing team using right Go To Market strategy and compliance to visual merchandising standards Develop and groom the assistant buyerKey Result Areas:
