Roles &Responsibilities:

ExperienceRange: 12 to 15 Years in productdesign.

Candidate shall have experience inhandling multiple end to end product design and release cyclesincluding design analysis testing calibration regulatorycompliances and release of products for commercialdeployments.

Leadand plan all the activities for a hardware product design thecandidate should have experience of releasing minimum 5 productsand have managed the entire product lifecycle.

Candidateshall have experience in product certification for India and globalmarkets which includes WPC EMI/EMC CE BIS IEC and ENstandards.

Candidateshall have experience in designing a hardware platform which havechurned out different variants and created a portfolio ofproducts.

Candidateshall have taken minimum 5 products through manufacturing linesetup with SOP definition for the end of line and factoryacceptancetesting.

Candidateshall have experience on preparing schematics layout and routing.With hands on experience on tools like Altium Allegro or Cadenceetc

Candidateshall complete insight on PCB manufacturing process material andfinish choices for Industrialproducts

Candidateshall have firsthand experience on defining and performing theengineering and design verification / validation at the boardlevel.

Candidateshall possess strong design experience on high speed digital designanalog design and three phase power supplydesign.

Candidateshall be a problem solver and should have experience on debuggingat the board level and also train junior teammembers.

Candidateshall have experience on designing RF boards and should have takenit through necessary certifications meeting regulatoryrequirements.

Candidateshall have experience on taking products through thermal analysisSI PI and reliability testing and incorporating findings intodesign.

Candidateshall have experience in designing SOM boards handling eMMC DDR4and designed complex 6 layerboards

Candidateshould be comfortable with test equipment s like digitaloscilloscope spectrum analysers vector analysersetc.

Candidateshall be able to analyze the design and undertake BOM reductionprojects.

Candidateshall have experience working with vendors consultants and FAE sfrom the OEMs and their respectivedistributors

Candidateshall have exposure to product mechanicals and hardware sideinterdependencies.

Candidateshall have experience of designing battery operated products whichgot commerciallydeployed

Candidateshall have experience of handling and grooming a small team ofexperts coming from different areas ofexpertise.
