Sales Manager

This is a remote position.
We are seeking a driven and organized Sales Manager tofocus on scheduling appointments setting up meetings deliveringproduct demos and converting leads for our online ordering softwareand digital marketing services in the Canadian market. This remoterole requires excellent communication skills a strong sales acumenand the ability to engage and convert prospects.KeyResponsibilities:
1. Appointment Scheduling:
Identify and reach out to potentialclients in the Canadian market through various channels includingcold calling email campaigns and social media.
Schedule appointments with qualified leadsto discuss their needs and how our solutions can meet them.
2. Meeting Setup:
Coordinate and set up virtual meetings with prospective clientsensuring all relevant stakeholders are involved.
Prepare and organize materials needed formeetings tailoring them to the specific interests and needs of eachclient.
3. Product Demos:
Deliver compelling and customized productdemonstrations that highlight the features and benefits of ouronline ordering software and digital marketing services.
Address client questions andconcerns during demos ensuring a clear understanding of the products value.
4. Lead Conversion:
Follow up with prospects postdemo toanswer any additional questions provide further information andmove the sales process forward.
Negotiate terms and close deals converting leads intolongterm clients.
5. Sales Pipeline Management:
Maintain and update the sales pipeline inthe CRM system ensuring accurate tracking of all activities andprogress.
Regularly review andprioritize leads to ensure timely followup and conversion.
6. Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with the marketing andcustomer support teams to align on lead generation strategies andclient onboarding.
Provideregular reports on sales activities pipeline status and conversionrates to the management team.
Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a relatedfield.
Minimum 1 year ofexperience in sales with a focus on SaaS products and/or digitalmarketing services.
Strongexperience in appointment setting meeting scheduling and deliveringproduct demos.
Proven trackrecord of converting leads into clients particularly ininternational markets like Canada.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independentlyin a remote environment.
