You willcontribute to backend development while managing a team ofengineers ensuring project success fostering innovation andmaintaining a culture of high performance and collaboration. Thishybrid role is perfect for someone looking to balance handsondevelopment with engineeringleadership.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Designdevelop and maintain backend systems ensuring scalabilityperformance and security.
  • Lead and mentor ateam of engineers conducting regular oneonones performance reviewsand career development planning.
  • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams (product design frontend) to define anddeliver highquality solutions.
  • Ensure bestcoding practices code reviews and robust testingmechanisms.
  • Drive the technical direction andstrategy of backend systems andinfrastructure.
  • Plan and manage projectstimelines and deliverables to meet businessobjectives.
  • Champion a positive team culturewith a focus on innovation ownership and continuousimprovement.

KeySkills &Qualifications:
  • BackendDevelopment: Strong proficiency in backendtechnologies such as Node.js JavaPython orGo.
  • EngineeringManagement: Proven experience in leading andmanaging an engineering team including hiring mentoring and teamscaling.
  • ArchitecturalDesign: Solid experience in designing distributedsystems microservices architecture and APIintegrations.
  • CloudExperience: Knowledge of cloud platforms likeAWS Azure or GCP and handsonexperience with CI/CDpipelines.
  • DatabaseProficiency: Experience with relational andnonrelational databases such as PostgreSQLMongoDB and database design andoptimization.
  • TeamCollaboration: Excellent leadership andinterpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively withcrossfunctional teams.
  • AgileMethodologies: Experience in Agile and Scrummethodologies for softwaredevelopment.

PreferredExperience:
  • Experiencewith DevOps practices andinfrastructure management is a plus.
  • Strongproblemsolving skills and a passion forinnovation.
