We are looking for Head - Factory Operations (Nashik)

You’ll make a difference by

We are currently looking for aHead - Factory Operations, at our manufacturing location in Nashik.

The job responsibilitiesinclude (but not limited to)

·Overseeingthe manufacturing activity of components of railway systems and ensuring strategy,production, performance, and quality standards are consistently met.

·Responsiblefor all department managers and supervisors, with review/approvalresponsibility for all operations employees.

·Continuousengagement with workers’ union to maintain healthy work environment. Ensureproductivity targets are defined and met through regular monitoring

·Ensurea healthy and safe working environment, and compliance with Local Governmentand Siemens regulations, through collaboration with environmental, health, andsafety staff.

·Communicatewith legal counsel and safety department to ensure all processes remaincompliant with OSHA health and safety regulations and other governmentalregulations.

·ProvenLeadership skills in developing high performance team by engaging, coaching anddriving accountability & ownership at all levels.

·Communicatecustomer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customerexperience, including resolving problems and complaints

·Enable to provide guidance in innovative solution in product aswell as process to meet cost savings requirements.

·Represent Siemens in local industry forums

Desired Skills:

·Graduate in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. MBA ispreferred.

·Should have at least 10+ years’ experience in especially in manufacturing.Experience in Rolling Stock products preferred, Manufacturing Strategy andLeading People.

·Should be proficient in English, Hindi & Marathi

·Self-motivated with a results-driven approach with problem solvingskills.
