Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables• Develop detailed understanding of platform vendor's out-of-the box (OOTB) digital solutions applicable to the Vehicle Mechanical Systems function• Facilitate configuration of vendor OOTB digital solutions and refinement of NPD processes & ways of working in conjunction with relevant stakeholders• Own business process and workflows; develop and present business case for customizations (if any – post discussions with relevant stakeholders)• Act as a liaison b/w Mahindra and vendor (platform, SI) to guarantee high-quality deliverables and adherence to Mahindra’s project standards• Identify and address potential risks/ bottle necks, ensuring project adherence to timelines through effective mitigation strategies and stakeholder coordination• Sign off on UATs for finalized vendor soln. roll out; ensure sign off of business processes from respective functional leaders and sponsors• Ensure effective user training, evaluate system performance and incorporate user feedback to drive digital solution adoption across users• Document issues, associated learnings and best-practices for applicable vendor digital solutions to enable continuous process improvements• Own PMO & end-to-end implementation of relevant vendor digital solutions for a given platform; ensure adherence to KPIs & roll out in future programsExperience• 8+ years of core auto engineering (design, test and validate) in the auto industry or alliedmanufacturing sectors, extensive experience in new prod. dev. team of Mechanical Systems• 8+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in spearheading implementation projectssuccessfully, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse organizationaldomainsIndustry PreferredQualifications• Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Automotive, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, ComputerScience, Mechatronics or a related field• Professional certifications/Diploma in mechanical engineering or similar credentials arebeneficialGeneral Requirements• Proficiency in using or implementing relevant designing technicaltools like CAD (CATIA, AutoCAD, NX etc.)• Proficiency in using or implementing relevant1D & Multidimensionalsimulation tools and simulation manager• Ability to analyze such complex mechanical systems andtroubleshoot issues effectively – knowledge of simulation like CFD,MBD, FEA etc.• Ability to engage in assessing part commonality for a given CADassociated with a part
