Job Overview

We are looking for a Substation O&M Executive Fresherr to join our team at DCS Group. As a Substation O&M Executive, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of substations. This is a full-time position based in Bharatpur, Rajasthan, India with a requirement of less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Knowledge of substation operations and maintenance
• Familiarity with electrical equipment and systems
• Basic understanding of power distribution systems
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain substations ensuring efficient and reliable power supply
• Perform routine inspections, tests, and maintenance of substation equipment
• Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults and perform repairs when necessary
• Monitor and analyze substation performance data to optimize efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for maintenance and repairs
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and guidelines
• Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills
