We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Team Lead, Client Processing to join our Pershing India – Institutional Solutions – Prime Services team. This role is located at Chennai, Tamil Nādu – Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate. Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements. Proven organization and time management skills Demonstrated logical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

Master’s degree or equivalent to Finance and Accounting background - years of experience in managing a team Experience in analyzing business requirements, developing test plans, and discrepancy resolution.  Required Licensing/Registration: Series and would be preferred. Self-motivated and detail oriented Should be confident and high level of knowledge in Capital Market and Products Should have knowledge in Reconciliation, Portfolio accounting or fund accounting and Geneva application experience is preferred. Should have knowledge in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Adapt and flexible with shifts and willing to support on Weekends, Holidays (Both India and US Holidays) and flexibility in cross region mobility as and when business requires. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
