CoreResponsibilities:

GovernanceManagement

  • EstablishProject Governance Structure internal as well as with ULBs / StateGov
  • Develop Provide Management Reports andpresentations
  • Prioritize and align project asper Strategic Business Objectives
  • Plan andSchedule Resource Efficiently
  • Streamline andAutomate Processes and Workflows
  • FacilitateTeam Collaboration and Communication
  • Recruitand mobilise City Project Leads & City Project Associates toachieve project objectives
  • Map and align withProject Stakeholders on expected project outcomes
  • Develop detailed project proposalspresentations and allied documentation for submissions before ULBand Govt. authorities
  • Collate review andfinalise information for Inception Baseline and other Reports
  • Review & finalise documents such asAgreements MoUs etc. in consultation with Legal Experts
  • Ensure signing of Legal documents with ULB& State authorities as required for the project
  • Monitor progress across locations and mitigatechallenges if any
  • Prior experience of workingwith Government is a must
  • Ability to work withmultiple discipline projects.
  • Excellentproject management and supervision skills.
  • Excellent organizational time management leadership anddecisionmaking skills.
  • Strong written andverbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge ofapplicable policies standards and best practices.
