Responsibilities :

1. Translate business IVRworkflows into Test Cases and Test Plans
2. Develop andimplement robust test automation frameworks tailored forIVR
systems to enhance efficiency andcoverage.
3. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams tounderstand IVR system requirements
and design andexecute automated test scripts accordingly.
4. Automatetesting scenarios related to call flows speech recognitionbackend
integrations and error handling for IVRapplications.
5. Continuously enhance and maintainautomated test suites to adapt to evolving
systemfeatures and changes.
6. Conduct performance and loadtesting through automated scripts to assess the
scalability of IVR systems.
7. Work closely with manualtesting teams to identify areas for automation and
improve overall testing efficiency.
8. Analyze testresults document defects and provide detailed reports to
stakeholders.
9. Stay updated on industry best practicesemerging technologies and
advancements in IVR testautomation

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineeringor a related field.
2. Proven experience as a TestAutomation Engineer with a focus on IVR systems.
3.Strong handson experience with test automation tools like Cyara orHammer is
a must
4. Indepth knowledge of IVRtechnologies call flows and speech recognition
functionalities.
5. Familiarity with version controlsystems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins).

6. Excellent problemsolving skills and a keen attention todetail.
7. Effective communication skills to collaboratewith crossfunctional teams
