We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate (Grade I) to join our Global Account Opening Team. This role is in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (TN) - HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Senior SME in client On-boarding processes on CLS platform. Independently on-boards clients into system, closes accounts and handles maintenance & transitions. Serve as an advisor to clients as they on- board/transition/convert to/from organization products and solutions. Obtains and reviews the appropriate documentation and reference data, and ensures regulatory aspects related to on-boarding a client are completed prior to opening accounts. Ensures all SLA's are met. onboards clients, open accounts and handles transitions and conversions to the system. Analyses, reconciles and reviews incoming or outgoing data for accurate transition to platform. Obtains and reviews the appropriate documentation and reference data, and perform end to end client static data related activities which would include: .
Functional Responsibility: Responsible for overall success of large, complex transitions/conversions, ensuring client satisfaction through the monitoring of project quality and efficiency as well as the direct client experience. Provides consultative support of complex situations for internal and external clients. Senior SME & Quality Check: Performs all the quality checks defined in the procedures to make sure avoid any risk events or misses. Makes sure all the controls documented are followed and highlight any control gaps identified to the senior management on priority.KPI/ KRI: Focus is on daily, short-term goal achievement.
Process Improvement: Researches, develops, and establishes methodologies, protocols, and processes to facilitate or improve transition project management or the client offboarding/transition/conversion experience. Guides the team in activities that align to team, area, and functional objectives. Supports in the development and implement standard operating procedures. Co-ordinate with internal and external parties involved in the workflow to have a smooth and efficient process flow. Escalation management: Resolves complex client offboarding/transition/conversion issues. Develops and manages the achievement of functional objectives.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
