Adaptability: The administrative landscape is constantly evolving. Administrators at Chillibreeze must be adaptable, willing to learn new AI productivity tools, continuously improve and stay up with software updates, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Ethical and Legal Awareness: Adherence to ethical standards and legal regulations regarding data privacy, workplace practices, and employee compliance.

Additionally: Must be a tech savy and in managing LMS Tools, video editing, using AI Tools and other

Key Responsibilities

Learning Management System (LMS)

Collaborate Resources: Gather and organize learning resources within the LMS to ensure a comprehensive and accessible learning platform.

Analyze Data: Evaluate data from the LMS to track performance, user engagement, and overall effectiveness, ensuring a high return on investment (ROI).

Create and Collaborate on Content: Develop and curate content for the LMS, working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to enhance learning materials.

Drive Adoption: Implement strategies to increase LMS adoption and usage across the organization.

Learning Programs

Collaboration and Coordination: Work with teams to organize learning sessions, ensuring topics are relevant and engaging.

Data Management: Collect and analyze data from learning sessions to assess ROI and improve future sessions.

Report Management: Compile and manage reports related to learning sessions, workshops, and events.

Talent Development

Mentorship Onboarding: Assist in onboarding mentors and mentees into the mentorship framework.

Leadership Support: Provide administrative support for leadership programs, including the implementation of the Leadership Onboarding Passport and learning courses.

Implementation of Learning Resources: Drive the implementation of various learning resources, such as books, podcasts, and articles, to support ongoing talent development.

Administrative Support

Rewards and Recognition: Assisting and project planning in administrative tasks related to the rewards and recognition of the employees.

Event and Workshop Logistics: Support the planning and execution of events and workshops, ensuring smooth operations.

Library and Resources Management: Check and organize library books and manage the licenses of courses and websites.

Data Accuracy: Ensure data accuracy across all HR processes, including SOPs, reports, and talent development initiatives.

Collaboration and Culture

Workshops and Cultural Programs: Collaborate with other stakeholders to organize culture workshops and other initiatives that enhance company culture.

Organize Cultural and Learning Content: Maintain and organize content related to culture and learning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.


Starting salary after appointment: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month
