Whatyou willdo:
SEO Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive SEOstrategies that align with business goals targeting both shorttermand longterm trafficgrowth.
OnPage Optimization: Optimize website architecture metadata andcontent for improved search engine rankings. Ensure website pagesare correctly structured and optimized for targetkeywords.
OffPage SEO: Develop and manage linkbuilding campaigns collaboratewith content and outreach teams and ensure backlinks fromhighauthoritydomains.
Keyword Research: Conduct advanced keyword research to identifyopportunities for content and ranking improvement utilizingindustrystandard tools like Ahrefs SEMrushetc.
Technical SEO: Analyze and resolve issues related to crawl errorssite speed and other technical aspects that impact search engineperformance.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Use analytics tools (GoogleAnalytics Search Console etc.) to measure and report on the successof SEO strategies and make datadrivenrecommendations.
Content Strategy: Work closely with content teams to optimize blogslanding pages and other site assets for SEO while maintaining aseamless userexperience.
Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends by conductingregular competitor analysis and implementing strategies thatimprove searchvisibility.
Collaboration: Liaise with developers UX/UI teams and contentcreators to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into webdesign and newprojects.
Continuous Learning: Keep up to date with SEO trends algorithmchanges and best practices to ensure ongoing growth in organicsearchperformance

RequirementsGraduate in any stream.
3 5 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record ofmanaging successful SEOcampaigns.
Indepth knowledge of SEO best practices search engine algorithmsand rankingfactors.
Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics Google SearchConsole Ahrefs SEMrush Moz Screaming Frog andothers.
Strong understanding of technical SEO including site audits HTMLCSS and JavaScript as it pertains toSEO.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complexdata sets and draw actionableinsights.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for dataanalysis.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain SEOconcepts to nontechnicalstakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meetdeadlines

Graduate inany stream. 3 - 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven trackrecord of managing successful SEO campaigns.
