Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our medical equipment maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing medical equipment and devices in healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Installation, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment and devices.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with medical equipment.

3. Perform routine maintenance and calibration of medical devices.

4. Install software and hardware updates as required.

5. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand equipment needs and resolve issues.

6. Provide training and support to end-users on equipment operation and maintenance.

7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and installations.

8. Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies.

9. Adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and safety protocols.

10. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and manufacturer training.


Requirements:


- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.

- 2+ years of experience in medical equipment maintenance and repair.

- Strong technical knowledge of medical devices and equipment.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
