Account Head

*Job Summary:*We areseeking an experienced and dynamic Account Head to oversee allaspects of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have8 to 10 years of progressive accounting experience with a proventrack record of leadership and strategic financialmanagement.
*Responsibilities:*1.Manage the daytoday financial operations of the organizationincluding accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger andpayroll.2. Develop and implement financialpolicies procedures and controls to ensure compliance withregulatory requirements and internalstandards.3. Prepare and analyze financialreports budgets forecasts and variance analysis to supportdecisionmaking and drive businessperformance.4. Provide strategic guidanceand recommendations to senior management on financial mattersincluding cost reduction initiatives and revenue enhancementopportunities.5. Lead and mentor a team ofaccounting professionals providing guidance training andperformance feedback to support their professional development andensure departmental goals are met.6.Coordinate with external auditors tax authorities and otherstakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting and compliancewith all statutory requirements.7.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processesimprove efficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiativesacross the organization.8. Stay abreast ofindustry trends regulatory changes and best practices in accountingand finance and proactively identify opportunities for innovationandoptimization.
*Qualifications:*1.Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA orequivalent certification preferred.2. 8 to10 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 yearsin a supervisory or managerial role.3.Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial analysis andreporting standards.4. Proficiency inaccounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERPsystems preferred.5. Excellent leadershipcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of theorganization.6. Proven ability to managemultiple priorities in a fastpaced environment and driveresults.7. High degree of integrityprofessionalism and attention to detail.8.Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment witha passion for driving organizationalsuccess.
