Promoteengineering excellence and build community Able to articulate clearvision for engineering excellence build a community by leading theengineering guilds and coaching/mentoring theteam. Enhancearchitectural and engineering body of knowledge Curate reusableprocess patterns artefacts and templates to build the body ofknowledge ProductDelivery Able to add value to product delivery by working withproduct owners architects engineering and deliveryleads. Whatyou will need tosucceed Abilityto understand & deep dive into product architecture engineeringand way of working to effectively engage with the teamfacilitate/own resolution of impediments and provide handsonleadership across thelifecycle Naturalinclination to lead influence coach teams including customer &partner stakeholders to promote quicker and faster delivery ofvalue whilst maintaining focus on the goals andoutcomes. Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills and ability to quicklyestablishcredibility. Strongexperience of architecting and engineering diverse set ofapplications e.g. customer/colleague facing system of engagement /insights / records orchestration across various industries withstrong experience inbanking Strongprogramming skills and experience of building cloud nativeapplications across breadth oftechnologiesand deep knowledge of one of the hyperscaler preferablyGCP. Experiencein building and deploying microservices architectures using SpringBoot Spring Batch or similar frameworks. With test drivendevelopment andautomation Strongexperience of RESTful and/or gRPC web services with JSON ProtobufOpenAPI Knowledgeand/or experience with API Gatewayintegration Experiencein containerization technologies such as Docker Kubernetes andcontainerorchestration. Experiencewith implementing and deploying microservices on GCP or similarcloud hostingplatform. Experiencein Message oriented middleware technologies Kafka or Pub/Sub orsimilartechnology. Experiencein implementing Enterprise Integration Patterns using modern andlegacyprotocols. Experiencewith automation tools and frameworks application infrastructure anddata Knowledgeor experience with BIAN and other banking standards such asISO200022 Deepempathy for business solutions and engineering process to bepragmatic mindset to challenge status quo and aptitude tenacity& resilience to drive thechange. Professionalcertifications in architecture(TOGAF) cloud(GCP) andengineering. Appreciationand strong understanding of global deliverymodel. Experienceof working in large enterprises on medium to large size andcomplexity program ofwork.
