Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Personal Assistant. As the Executive Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our executives, including managing schedules, arranging travel, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in executive calendar management and travel booking
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications
  • Excellent computer literacy and tech-savviness
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage executives' calendars and schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and conferences
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
  • Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines, updating project plans, and coordinating team meetings
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
