We are looking for aManufacturing Engineer to help us implement manufacturing processesthat result in highquality products.
You need tohave good knowledge of tool design and fabrication methods. Othernecessary manufacturing engineer skills include project managementability commitment to quality and familiarity with safety andenvironmental standards. If you’re also inventive andmeticulous we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately you’ll be the one to ensure ourproduction lines work efficiently and effectively to satisfy ourcustomers.
Manufacturing engineers usually workinside factories or other production sites. They develop efficientsystems processes and machines that result in highquality products.They may also take into account how manufacturing processes impactthe environment.
What does a manufacturingengineer doThe main manufacturing engineerresponsibilities revolve around studying requirements for eachproduction process and product at hand and determining the mostefficient operations based on these requirements. Also theseprofessionals may design machines and equipment.

Responsibilities- Evaluatemanufacturing processes based on quality criteria such asefficiency and speed
- Study production andmachine requirements
- Develop and testeffective automated and manual systems
- Designand install equipment
- Organize and managemanufacturing workflows and resources
- Integrate disparate systems (e.g. equipment handlingtransport)
- Optimize facility layoutsproduction lines machine operations and networkperformance
- Resolve issues and delays inproduction
- Find ways to reduce costs andmaximize quality
- Train staff in new andexisting processes
- Collaborate with otherengineers contractors and suppliers
- Ensurethat manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmentalregulations
- Upgrade systems and processes withnew technology
- Previousexperience as a manufacturing engineer or similar role
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes fabrication methodsand tool design
- Familiarity with manufacturingequipment and quality assurance techniques
- Commitment to health and safety standards andenvironmental regulations
- Wellversed inrelevant software (e.g. CAD MS Office)
- Projectmanagement skills
- Problemsolvingability
- Teamwork skills
- Ability to occasionally work late shifts
- Degree in Engineering; postgraduate degree is aplus
