Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Backend NodeJS Developer to join our dynamic team at Twixor. This full-time position is based in Goregaon, Mumbai. The successful candidate will work with our cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performing backend solutions for our messaging channel integrations. You will be instrumental in enhancing our customer engagement solutions using cutting-edge technology and methodologies.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Node.js and experience as a Node JS Backend Developer, as these are mandatory skills for the role.
  • Proficient with npm (Node Package Manager) and its tools for managing project dependencies (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong experience in building scalable applications using Express.js framework for efficient server-side architecture.
  • A solid understanding of RESTful APIs with the ability to design and integrate web services efficiently and swiftly.
  • Excellent skills in JavaScript programming language for building a seamless and dynamic application environment.
  • Experience working with SQL databases like MYSQL, as well as NoSQL databases such as MongoDB for data management.
  • Competency in using Node.js Debugger for troubleshooting and optimizing application performance.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with attention to best practices and secure coding standards.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain server-side logic for seamless integration with front-end components.
  • Build and optimize backend frameworks to improve application response time and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish synchronization between back-end processes.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing and improvement practices.
  • Deploy and monitor applications and ensure systems are running smoothly across different environments.
  • Integrate databases and third-party services to extend the functionality of our messaging channel applications.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify bottlenecks and devise solutions for overcoming technical challenges.
  • Document processes, development methodologies, and key learnings for future reference and team development.
