Regular:
Adherence to manufacturing process compliance, legal & safety requirements, Bosch standards and process specifications. Responsible for Safety, Equipment down times and Quality of SMT Line (Solder paste printing -EKRA, reflow ovens -REHM & ERSA, Glue dispensing Machine -CAMLOT, P&P(Panasonic-NPM, ASM), AOI- Mirtec, SPI-Kohyoung and other SMT machines technical availability). Willing to work in all 3 shifts. Handle the team of Engineers/Senior Engineers independently in a shift Co-ordinating with CFT for day-to-day activities Work Continuously for improving Technical Availability and reducing the Breakdown of machines Finding training needs among the team and planning the same. Deriving of corrective and preventive actions for machine breakdown Should have good analytical skills, converting ability to solve problems on machines & lines. Should possess deep problem-solving abilities eg:8D Should predict the problems in the machine and take preliminary actions to avoid the breakdown (implementation of Predictive maintenance) Should work on Continuous improvement Responsible for individual target and department target Should predict the problems in the machine and take preliminary actions to avoid the breakdown (implementation of Predictive maintenance) Effective Escalation to suppliers on open points and breakdowns and its closure. Ordering and management of Spare parts and follow-up to get the same. Effective Escalation to suppliers on open points and breakdowns work towards closing them Managing and Allocation of Manpower for regular Activities.Periodic:
Review of KPIs and drives the team to achieve KPIs Arrange trainings to associates to improve MTTR Should work for Improving SQCD Should periodically review PM & B/D points, and convert them to CBM, Predictive mode. Need to make scientific analysis of failure and make suggestion of monitoring. Create QAM, Machine FMEA and review. Change potential points into CBM. Implementation and sustenance of TPM, MTBF and MTTR Co-ordination with Process owner for improvement activities. Establishing Spares monitoring for wear parts Planning and replacement of Tooling and Spare parts management Implementation of Digital systems in Maintenance like solutions, AI/ML Predictive Maintenance, etc.
Qualifications
Diploma in Mechatronics / E&E / Electronics with 7-12Years of exp
Additional Information
7 - 12 Years of experience in Electronics manufacturing industry with the sound Electrical and Mechanical Trouble shooting skills on Pick and place machines, Milling , Thermo fuse locking and conveyor systems . Process Knowledge in SMT line and Knowledge on other SMT machines is necessary . having knowledge in PLC and projects is an advantage.
