Jobprofile:
Workwith the respective project leaders to get the kits completion dataon a daily basis. Run the simulation of Kit completion on SAP andensure that the kits are complete in all respects. Prepare the WOson SAP for the completed kits. Release the kitting plans to storeswith priority to complete the kits. On receipt of kits completiondetails from stores coordinate with production to collect the same.Attend the daily review meeting with the production team to reviewthe plan v/s achieved. Escalate the gaps b/w the plan v/s actualsto Planning and production manager to bridge the gaps. On receiptof FGTN send the FG ready details to project management. On receiptof project management confirmation send the Invoicing instructionsto concerned invoicing team. WOs closure in the ERP on daily basis(TECO). Monitor the WOs by ageing and work with the production teamto close the work orders. Track and monitor excessinventory/obsolescence and share the information to PM/SCM forfurther actions. To approve MR for material drawing. Run MRP. To dousage correction in work orders. Monitor the ECN implementationplans drawn by the CFT team to ensure the WIP FG and kits areexecuted as per the ECN Implementation plans.
