Aboutthe Role:Technician

Asa Technician at GRE Renew Enertech Private Limited you will play acrucial role in ensuring the smooth operation maintenance andrepair of equipment and machinery used in the manufacturingprocess. Your responsibilities will include troubleshootingtechnical issues conducting preventive maintenance and ensuringcompliance with safety standards. To provide clarity onexpectations we have outlined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)tailored to the demands of the Technician position in the LEDLighting Manufacturer/Solar Powerindustry.

FunctionalParameters:

  1. EquipmentMaintenance:

Target:Conduct regular maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery toensure optimal performance and minimizedowntime.

  1. TroubleshootingandRepair:

Target:Identify and resolve technical issues and malfunctions in a timelymanner to minimize disruption to productionprocesses.

  1. PreventiveMaintenance:

Target:Implement preventive maintenance schedules to proactively addresspotential equipment failures and extend equipmentlifespan.
