Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Life Insurance professional to join our team at Kiya Securities Private Limited. As a Life Insurance specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive life insurance solutions to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and we are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in the field.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the field of Life Insurance.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills to effectively sell insurance products.
  • Excellent sales and communication skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in delivering persuasive presentations and speeches.
  • Good computer skills to perform data analysis and manage client information.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide them with excellent customer service.
  • Identify client's insurance needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
  • Explain the features and benefits of different insurance plans to clients and help them make informed decisions.
  • Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify potential upsell opportunities.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and insurance policies.
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
