Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be adept in various physiotherapeutic techniques and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in rehabilitation techniques (Mandatory skill)
- Expertise in manual therapy (Mandatory skill)
- Experience with exercise prescription (Mandatory skill)
- Strong clinical assessment skills for precise diagnosis and treatment planning
- Ability to educate patients on their conditions and preventive care strategies
- Knowledge of effective pain management techniques for various conditions
- Experience in treating musculoskeletal disorders through tailored physiotherapy plans
- Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate physiotherapy treatments
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs tailored to patient needs and goals
- Apply manual therapy techniques including manipulation, mobilization, and soft tissue techniques
- Prescribe exercise routines to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall physical conditioning
- Educate patients on injury prevention, lifestyle modifications, and home exercises
- Manage pain and assist in the recovery of function from musculoskeletal injuries
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and document treatment progress
