JOB DISCRIPTION – SR TRAVEL CONSULTANT

Responsibilities and Duties:-
  • Handling travel related customer’s inquiries, know the exact requirements & guide them with best suitable holiday product (Flights, Domestic & International Holiday Package, Hotel booking, Cruise booking, Travel Insurance, Passport, Foreign currency & Visa assistance etc.).
  • Design the presentable quotations, itineraries and share with the clients.
  • Take timely follow-ups with clients, resolve their concerns and get the confirmations with payments. Visit at client’s office / home, if required.
  • Co-ordinate with operation Team for further booking confirmation & getting final confirmation vouchers.
  • Handover of confirmation vouchers and explain respective details to clients before Travel.
  • Provide assistance for Visa application process, if required.
  • Take feedback once clients come back and update to operation team.
  • Keep in touch with clients before Travel, on Tour and after the tour ends. Ask for references.

Key Skills :-
  • Good Communication Skills in English, Hindi & Marathi language, Co-ordination Skills, Converting query into Business, Internet Research, MS office & Computer Skills, Negotiation, Mathematics, Travel Arrangements.


Requirements Eligibility:-
  1. Travel & Tourism related Diploma / Degree course OR
  2. IATA course pass out (Preferred) OR
  3. Minimum 2-year experience in Travel company.
