Overview:The ITRecruiter plays a crucial role in the organizations success byidentifying and attracting top talent to support the companystechnical needs. This individual will be responsible forunderstanding the technical requirements of various roles sourcingand identifying qualified candidates and guiding them through therecruitment process.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Collaborate withhiring managers to understand technical staffingneeds
  • Source screen and evaluate candidatesusing innovative recruiting techniques
  • Conductinterviews and technical assessments to assess candidatequalifications
  • Build and maintain a network ofpotential candidates through proactive market research and ongoingrelationship management
  • Coordinate andfacilitate the entire interview process including feedback andoffer negotiation
  • Stay updated on industrytrends and market intelligence to inform recruitingstrategies
  • Utilize applicant tracking systemsto maintain candidate pipelines and manage recruitmentprocesses
  • Contribute to the continuousimprovement of the recruitment process and employer brandinginitiatives
  • Collaborate with other recruitersand team members to drive overall recruitmentperformance
  • Ensure positive candidateexperience throughout the recruitmentlifecycle
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relatedfield
  • Proven 23 Years of experience as atechnical recruiter with a focus on ITpositions
  • Demonstrated ability to effectivelysource and assess technical talent
  • Knowledge oftechnical roles including software development systemsadministration and IT infrastructure
  • Strongunderstanding of recruitment analytics andreporting
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in afastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiplepriorities
  • Proficient in applicant trackingsystems and recruitment software
  • Understandingof employment laws and best practices
  • Proactiveand resultsoriented mindset with a strong focus onteamwork
