Job brief

Weare looking for a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)Administrator to perform various reporting and data processingtasks.

HRIS Administrator'sresponsibilities include managing our internal databases keepingemployee records in digital formats and educating users on how touse our HR systems. To be successful in this role you should haveexperience with database administration and Human ResourcesManagement software like payroll or applicant trackingsystems.

Ultimately you will be responsible forthe proper and effective operation of our HR software.

Responsibilities
  • Processemployee data like leaves and benefits
  • Exportregular and ad hoc reports from our internal databases (for exampleheadcount and turnover reports)
  • Create newaccounts and manage access permissions
  • Trainsystem users on functionalities and new features
  • Gather payroll data like wages and workinghours
  • Update employee records with new hireinformation
  • Troubleshoot and report technicalissues
  • Develop data processingguidelines
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR andother data protection regulations
Requirements
  • Workexperience as an HRIS Administrator or similar role
  • Handson experience with databases and HRsoftware
  • Excellent analytical and reportingskills
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislationand data protection regulations
  • BSc inComputer Science or relevant field
  • Diploma inHuman Resources is a plus
