Job Overview


We are seeking a talented Junior Designer to join our team at GOOD FIVE YES JOB CONSULTANCY - a leading HR Consultancy specializing in IT / Non IT jobs in PAN India & Abroad. As a Junior Designer, you will be responsible for assisting our senior designers in creating and implementing innovative designs for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in the field.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in designing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solidworks, and other design software.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and engineering systems.
  • Experience in detailing and drafting is preferred.
  • Excellent creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Assist senior designers in the creation and implementation of innovative designs for a wide range of projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure designs meet client requirements and project objectives.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas and solutions.
  • Follow design specifications and standards to produce high-quality deliverables.
  • Adhere to project schedules and meet established deadlines.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve design skills.
  • Maintain a strong attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all design work.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements and address any design-related issues.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Assist in the preparation of design presentations and participate in client meetings when required.
